Returns & Exchanges

At Solary Electricals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
